Your poster should be designed to be placed on a poster board size 140 cm (H) x 95 cm (W) [4.59ft (H) x 3.12ft (W)] and is no larger than 130 cm (H) and 90 cm (W) [4.26ft (H) x 2.95ft (W)]. |

At the meeting, the Congress supplies the poster board and mounting pins and a sign (noting your poster number and a clock sign for you to indicate your attendance) to be placed on the top of the poster board. Titles and list of authors should be incorporated into the poster itself. |

Text should be concise. In order to ensure good visibility at approximately 3 feet, the print size in the body of the text must be no smaller than 20 point font. |

| Tables: |
Tables accompanying posters should be simple and easy to interpret. |

| Illustrations: |
Simple graphic illustrations thoroughly labeled are important. |
| |
|
| Permission: |
Please ensure that you have permission to use any images you include as part of the poster. This includes a license for copyrighted materials and release forms from any patients who are recognizable in photographs or images that are part of the poster. |

Please include not more than eight most pertinent references. |

|
| Interest: |
Financial interest, if any, must be disclosed. Please include such information, if any, on the actual poster. Presentation made in the Congress must not be used to promote a commercial product. |
