Useful Information
| A) Group Registration |
1 General
1.1 A 7-digit Group registration number will be generated upon completion of registration process. This number, found on "Registration Summary" page in the website, will serves as verification for your group registration.
1.2 Group Confirmation Letter will be sent via email upon submission of complete finalized name list and full payment received.
1.3 An personal barcode will be assigned to every single group members for verification during the congress. Group coordinators are required to inform their group members of their personal barcode.
2 Registration Deadline
2.1 Group Registration will be closed on May 2, 2008. Full payment must be made prior to the deadline.
2.2 No cancellation or changes will be allowed after the deadline.
3 Name badge
3.1 All Delegate name badges will be mailed to the group coordinator before the congress. Kindly ensure that contact details provided is accurate. Changes to contact details must be made before May 2, 2008. You can review / change your contact information by clicking the tag "Contact Information" in your account.
3.2 Group coordinator is responsible for re-issuing of new name badge (ie. loss of name badge). Kindly present the Group Confirmation Letter and personal registration number for re-issuance of name badges. |
| B) Exhibitors Registration |
1 General

3.1 Exhibitors badges can be collected onsite. Information on exhibitor registration would be provided in details in the final confirmation letter.
3.2 Kindly present your Group Confirmation letter and Group Registration number for collection of name badges. |
