Online registration has been closed. The number of registrants as of Jun 15 has exceeded 9,500. Onsite registration starts at 1200PM, Friday, Jun 27, 2008 at the Convention Foyer of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Online registration will be closed at 2359 hrs (HK Time) June 15, 2008. On site registration will commence at the HKCEC on Friday, June 27 at 1200hr.

Online Advance Registration and Gala Dinner Reservation
Online Advance Registration will be extended to 2359hrs (HK Time) Jun 15, 2008. Delegates are required to register onsite from June 16 . Osite registration rate will be applied.
With overwhelming request from delegates, the advance online Gala Dinner ticket reservation will be available on Jun 2, 2008 (Monday) . A small amount of tickets will also be available for onsite sale from Jun 28, 2008 at the Service Counter. Tickets are limited.

Sponsor Symposium Schedule available now
With the overwhelming support from the industry, there is a total of 34 sponsor symposia held during WOC 2008. All sponsor symposia are held according to the following time slot from June 29 to July 2:
Breakfast Symposium 8:00 - 8:45
Lunch Symposium 12:45 - 13:45
Pre-evening Symposium 17:45 - 18:45

Preparation Guidelines for Scientific Posters
Overwhelming support has been received for the Submitted Program; over 3600 posters will be shown on site during the WOC Congress. Speakers whose abstracts have been accepted as "Poster presentation" can kindly find the preparation guidelines in the link below:

WOC2008 Speaker Login Page
We are pleased to announce that the WOC 2008 Speaker Login Page has been officially launched. All speakers (except COS Program, and speakers under group registration), of both Invited and Submitted Programs (Free papers only), who have registered to the Congress and paid the full registration fee, are entitled to access the Speaker Login Page. Simply login by using the registered e-mail address and password for the most up-to-date personalized program schedule for the WOC2008. Contact the Secretariat if there is information mistakenly shown in the page.
